Our story

From hive to jar, with nothing to hide

We work with beekeepers who harvest Manuka nectar in season. Our honey is independently tested by a laboratory before it is packed.

The MGO scale

What the number means

MGO (methylglyoxal) is measured in mg per kg. The higher the number, the rarer the honey. Choose the grade that suits how you enjoy it.

36+ – 56+Everyday table honey. Spoon, spread and sweeten.
100+ – 250+A step up in MGO for daily rituals.
500+ – 700+Premium grades for the connoisseur.
829+ – 900+High-grade, small-batch rarity.
1700+Our rarest grade, in limited supply.
